Originally from Andhra Pradesh, India and settled in New Jersey, U.S.A, Vasanta has graduated in Statistics. Interested in baking since childhood, her passion was reignited in 2012 when she started baking for her children’s birthdays. Her interest has since morphed into a lifelong passion. She has been taking orders for years and is currently in the process of setting up her official brand Vasanta is among the very few who completes all her lessons on schedule and lifts the energy level of the group. She tirelessly reworks to rectify any faults as advised by the mentors. Despite being a beginner and a first timer with most techniques, her final results are stunning. She displays full trust in her mentors and follows all instructions to achieve the desired outcome. She is equally meticulous and hardworking, and does not rest until the end result is up to the mark and the mentor is satisfied and she herself is happy with the work.

FODMC has introduced me to a variety of baking skills and techniques, and over the length of the course I have developed an eye for detail and precision. Also learnt to be very patient when working on cakes. The course content is well designed, focusing on the basics before diving into the technicalities. The mentors are extremely passionate and flexible with the hours during which they are available. The assistance and guidance received has helped improve my skills tenfold and I am excited to continue my learning at Fondbites.
