Shikha Baheti is a post graduate in commerce residing in Hyderabad. She has been baking eggless cakes and whipped cream cakes for over 10 years. Shikha is a passionate self-taught baker, specialising in customised cakes and conducting regular workshops on baking for kids and adults. An eager learner, she is always working on enhancing her skills and keeps trying new things to add to her repertoire.

Shikha Baheti’s FODMC Story in a jist is one of self-discovery. The discovery of her own true potential and strengths. She has successfully mastered the techniques taught in this course with a strong ethic and has crafted simple yet skilled cakes. Competing with herself to make this cake better than the previous one. She has made herself and the mentors at FODMC very proud.

Fondbites has helped me learn new techniques. It has inspired me to think out of the box and encouraged me to try things that I would have otherwise hesitated or not attempted. This is the first course that I have taken on decorating, it has helped me to make an account of my strengths, and also overcome my inhibitions/fears. It has changed my outlook, my way of thinking, and has also enhanced my creativity. Ms.Subhashini is a wonderful mentor as she makes everything seem so easy and achievable. She allocates all her time to us and patiently responds to all our queries. The do’s and don’ts directed by her are amazing and add a different dimension to the overall learning. Even though it is an online course it almost feels like the sessions are being done in person. I am very happy that I took up this course.
