Gazal is a passionate home baker based out of Fremont, California. Her journey started while looking for a perfect cake for her son’s first birthday. Ever since her passion has grown and now she is completely into eggless baking. She joined Fondbites Online Cake Decorating Masterclass to give direction to her skills.

She is a very fine artist who has displayed sincere efforts from her first cake. She adds her personal artistic touch to all the cakes that she has done as part of this course. Her own talent coupled with expert guidance of Ms. Subhashini Ramsingh prepared her to produce a picture perfect buttercream wedding cake. She amalgamated geode and rice paper sails into a creative beauty.

In Gazal’s own words,” My passion for baking got me in touch with India’s renowned tutor Subhashini Ramsingh. Now learning new techniques such as pointillism, palette knife which I never knew could be done on cakes. Also whipped cream though it is very basic but was a very new thing for me. She makes sure that each and every step is followed in the process, which helps us to become professional in our art.”
