Anjali, a cost Accountant by profession, bid adieu to her corporate career to follow her baking passion. She feels it is almost magical to witness a few ingredients coming together to create a flavourful explosion in every bite. Being a certified yoga instructor and a fitness enthusiast, she loves creating healthier recipes. She has executed brilliant cakes right from the start, always focussed and reworking on errors until perfected. She relentlessly 

devotes her time and efforts to every project to master the basics.Owing to her eagerness to absorb the mentor’s inputs and to execute them, some of her creations are masterpieces for a first timer.

After following Fondbites on social media for quite some time, I was in awe with the work displayed. The sole reason to join FODMC was to create professional looking cakes. Subhashini Ramsingh and her course has given me much beyond my imagination. The course starts with the basic techniques and one progresses to the next lesson only after mastering each technique at a time. I have learnt to look at my cakes as unique creations, paying attention to details and having no compromises. It has brought out skills I was not aware of and boosted my confidence to create cakes I never thought I would ever attempt. Despite the course being online, the mentors and fellow classmates always assist to correct, guide, and encourage with great positive energy. The transformational journey of a baker into a Cake Artist has been an enriching experience so far.
