● Achieve sharp edges using whipped cream.
● Learn to pipe classic rosettes and decorate your whipped cream cake beautifully.
● Intensive piping practice session with:
● Shells, beads, stars, ruffles, drop flowers, leaves, rosettes & more.
● Take Home: Your beautifully decorated whipped cream rosette cake.

🍫 Day 2: White Chocolate Ganache & Vintage Buttercream Piping

  • Introduction to white chocolate ganache – perfect consistency & sharp edges.
  • Covering a cake seamlessly with ganache.
  • Learn the nostalgic and elegant vintage buttercream piping technique.
  • Tips to use the right nozzles, pressure control & placement aesthetics
  • Take Home: Your vintage-style ganache cake.

🎨 Day 3: Fondant Mastery & Designer Buttercream Techniques

  • Sharp edge ganache using dark chocolate on a round cake.
  • How to cover a cake with fondant – with clean, flawless edges.
  • Marble Buttercream Technique:
  • Create a stunning marble effect using buttercream.
  • Ombre Buttercream Technique:
  • Blend gradients for a smooth ombre finish.
  • Learn how to frost a Double Barrel Cake (square cake) with clean structure and balance.

🌸 Day 4: Sugar Flowers – Delicate, Elegant & Handmade

  • Learn to make a variety of sugar flowers with finesse.
  • Examples: Roses, buds, leaves, blossoms, filler flowers.
  • Learn coloring, shaping, dusting and arranging.
  • Learn flower wire techniques and how to safely apply them on cakes.

👑 Day 5: Stacking & Designing Your 3-Tier Wedding Cake

  1. Step-by-step stacking of a 3-tier cake with internal supports.
  2.  Decorate your showstopper cake using:
    Sugar flowers you made on Day 4
    ○ Stenciling techniques
    ○ Texturing with different mediums
    ○ Final finishing for a grand wedding cake
  3. Take Home: Your stunning 3-tier wedding cake masterpiece.
