This is a recorded online event where you will get to meet and greet the experts, Maaria Kulsum Tanveer and Snehithi Jambulingam along with Subhashini Ramsingh. All the 3 of them would will be teaching you interesting techniques in both baking and cake decorating.

Subhashini Ramsingh, a multi-award winning Cake Instructor is the Founder and the face behind Fondbites School of Sugar Art. Being in this industry and running a successful cake school for about 10 years, Subhashini is extremely passionate about teaching cakes and cake art through both in-person and online modes of teaching over the past years.
Wafer Paper is a very versatile medium using which we can create a lot of elements to decorate our cakes. In this demonstration, you will learn to make this beautiful Wafer Paper Stargazer Lily. Wafer paper by itself is quite stiff and you will learn how to make it flexible to hold different shapes that is suitable for creating different kinds of flowers. You will also learn to cut out the petals in the shapes desired for lily, make the petals flexible, wire the petals and dry them in the specific shape to create the petals suitable for lily. You will also learn to colour the wafer paper petals. The intricate center for lily will also be included in this demo. You will also learn to put together all the petals along with the center and make this beautiful wafer paper stargazer lily.

She specializes in high end wedding and all kinds of celebration cakes and also teaches all levels of baking and cake decoration all over India and online.

While they are originally made using egg whites, the craze for making it without eggs is always a desire for any baker around the world. To demystify this, we have Maaria Kulsum Tanveer, bringing to you, her trade secret of making this successful Egg-free Macaron with perfect feet and combine them with different fillings. And Maaria insists, that these are not made using Aquafaba that makes it even more special to learn this secret recipe and make it perfectly with her own guidance!
Snehithi Jambulingam is an MBA graduate from NUS, Singapore. She started off her career as an event manager for some of the top rated companies in Chennai and moved on to working as a Marketing Manager at Nandos for a couple of years, understanding the nuances of food industry. To give life to her own passion she quit her well paying corporate job to start her commercial baking business under the name, Sugar Base Studio which was run successfully for couple of years where she learnt the trade supplying her pastries to different dessert bars in Chennai.
To further nurture her talent and passion, she had ardently practiced and perfected the art of Ice cream and started her new brand ‘Strictly Desserts’ from where she started creating a storm in town which grew up to the most successful ice cream venture in Chennai.
Together with coming up with unique ice cream flavours, she explores the desserts around the world and comes up with unique menu.
She is also passionate about sharing her secrets of business and trade through her online classes and now she is stepping out to teaching the best sellers of her brand, Kunafa and Baklava cheesecake at the Fondbites Meet & Greet.
