About This Course
In this free tutorial, you will learn to make this beautiful Japanese jelly candy. It is made by cooking sugar and agar agar in the right quantities and setting it in a pan. Later it can be demoulded and cut into respective shapes and used as crystals to decorate the cake.
They have a crunchy crust on the outside while the inside is still jelly and delicious.
