Each month, explore a new cake flavor, our Authentic Butterscotch Cake is the flavor for the month of September 2024.

You will learn –

1. • Brown butter sponge adding the depth of flavor
   • Authentic salted butterscotch sauce
   • Nixed nuts praline
   • A light and rich ermine buttercream
   • Butterscotch buttercream
   • A perfectly layered and delicious butterscotch cake

2.  Frosting & Decorating Techniques

Each month, along with a delectably flavored layered cake, you will also learn a new cake decorating technique. For September 2024, you will be learning to create a tree bark floral cake in both traditional and top-forward styles.

You will learn –

1. • Frosting the layered cake with sharp edges
   • Creating a wooden bark effect using chocolate
   • Piping intricate buttercream roses, 5 petal flowers, leaves, and filler flowers
   • Constructing and decorating both traditional and top-forward cakes
   • Preventing soft fillings from oozing during assembly

3. Photography, Videography & Social Media Skills

Not just baking and decorating, you will also learn to take photos, videos and enhance your social media presence.

Master the art of:

1. • Taking professional-quality photos and videos from home
   • Editing videos and creating engaging reels
   • Scheduling social media posts and enhancing engagement
