The 3 layered cakes are planned in such a way that the students will get a complete insight on how to make the 3 different sponges that are the key to create a lot of different cakes in the future. We will focus on butter, oil and fatless sponge cakes. Also, the flavours that are incorporated in this course includes both fruit and non-fruit based giving an overall insight on how to incorporate different flavours in future.

All the above-mentioned list of baked products are taught in extreme detail in this particular course. All of them include both EGG & EGGLESS exclusive lessons separately. But both versions will be included for all the registered students.
Chocolate Chip Cookies have a subtle flavour of brown sugar with liberal chocolate chips slathered all over. The outer edges of these cookies are almost crispy with a chewy center. In this course the Chocolate Chip Cookies that you learn will tick off everything to give you the most perfect cookie that you have ever eaten.

Red Velvet Cupcakes never lose their charm. They have to be perfectly velvety made using the right techniques with the subtle flavour of cocoa powder with the right colour in the cupcake. When such a cupcake is paired with the sour and sweet cream cheese frosting which is creamy and light, together this bite-sized cakes make a perfect match.
Vanilla Cupcake is vintage and classic. We must have a ‘Best Ever’ Vanilla cupcake recipe and the right technique to make that in our repertoire. With this one recipe you can make a lot of different variations which will be taught in this lesson. Chocolate caramel tart is made using the perfect shortbread pastry as the base and filled with gooey salted caramel topped with rich chocolate Ganache. Perfect ratio of the flour to butter and the right technique to retain the butter in solid form without melting is the key to making the right shortbread pastry and you will have that covered in the course.
Pista praline strawberry tart is a classic combination of flavours and textures bursting into one mouth. Pistachios are first caramelized and then ground to make praline paste. Fresh strawberries are used to make a smooth compote. The tart base is so perfect that it pairs with the addition the pista praline paste, strawberry compote and creme diplomat
Layers of airy and rich vanilla butter cake filled with signature Italian meringue buttercream. You will learn to bake the perfect vanilla butter sponge. Torte them into layers which are the perfect size for each layer of the sponge. Fill the sponges the right way with the creamy and silky-smooth Italian meringue buttercream infused with rich pastry cream.
