Mastering Sharp Edges Ganache on 2-Tier Square Cake
This is an recorded live session that happened via zoom where students can ask their queries through the course duration. Individual attention will be given at the end of the course during the Q&A session where students can unmute and ask your questions directly to the Tutor and get your doubts clarified.

Students will be provided with a detailed document that contains tried and tested recipes of both EGG & EGGLESS cakes that can be used under ganache. The document will also include recipes of dark, milk and white chocolate Ganache.
Different ratios that work for Fondant cakes and non Fondant cakes will be discussed in detail.
