About This Course
This is an LIVE recorded course where you will learn how to price your baked products. Pricing your products is an important challenge that many bakers face in this industry. I have summarised all the challenges faced by many of my students and co bakers in the past years and put together a complete package which includes a digital workbook with a clear understanding video that I will explain in a live interactive class.
Each student will get a copy of the digital workbook which will contain the master inventory sheet and a sheet to calculate the recipe cost.
Bakers who work on decorative elements are often confused how to price those efforts which involves skill level and time. I have demystified that as well and made it easier for you to include the extras that you working on in your cake such as figurines, sugar flowers, painting, Pointillism etc and lots more which involves painstaking efforts and you are confused what to charge your client for that. This part will be covered too.
What you learn?
Students will get a digital workbook which will be used for calculating the costing of the cakes and other baked goodies.
