This is a physical hands-on mode of course. Course Duration – 3 days.

In this course, students will learn the basics of baking in a complete physical hands-on mode of learning. Students will learn and make cookies, brownies, cupcakes, tarts and layered cakes in this course.

#1 Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies have a subtle flavour of brown sugar with liberal chocolate chips slathered all over. The outer edges of these cookies are almost crispy with a chewy center. In this course the Chocolate Chip Cookies that you learn will tick off everything to give you the most perfect cookie that you have ever eaten.

#2 Butter Cookies

Butter cookies burst with the flavour of butter with a tint of real vanilla, soft in the center with a melt in the mouth texture. Perfect butter cookies need the right technique which you will be learning in this course

#3 Dulce de leche Brownies

Dulce le leche brownies have a rich and deep caramel flavour from the dulce le leche scooped on top of the brownies. The base brownie of this particular recipe that you will learn in this course is the best and the perfect yet simple brownie which is always a crowd pleaser.

#4 Mocha Brownies

Mocha is the perfect blend of coffee and chocolate. Here you will learn how to incorporate coffee in the brownie base and make the perfect mocha brownies.

#5 Oreo Brownies

Oreo Brownies is a kid’s favourite. It is always interesting to learn different kinds of flavours which you can incorporate into one perfect base recipe. Here you will learn ways to incorporate chunks of oreos in the brownie and make oreo brownies.

#6 Red Velvet Cupcakes

Red velvet cupcakes never lose their charm. They have to be perfectly velvety made using the right techniques with the subtle flavour of cocoa powder with the right colour in the cupcake. When such a cupcake is paired with the sour and sweet cream cheese frosting which is creamy and light, together this bite-sized cakes make a perfect match.

#7 Caramel Cupcakes

Caramel cupcakes get the flavour from the rightly made caramel syrup which is one of the stages of cooked sugar. If the sugar is not cooked to the right stage, then the flavour will be missing, also if the sugar is cooked beyond the perfect stage, then the cake will taste burnt. Here you will learn the perfect methods to cook sugar and make caramel syrup. Use the syrup to make the caramel cupcakes paired with caramel mousse.

#8 Caramel Chocolate Tart

Chocolate caramel tart is made using the perfect shortbread pastry as the base and filled with gooey salted caramel topped with rich chocolate Ganache. Perfect ratio of the flour to butter and the right technique to retain the butter in solid form without melting is the key to making the right shortbread pastry and you will have that covered in the course.

#9 Fruit/ Custard Tart

Fruit tart is made using the perfect shortbread pastry as the base and filled with silky smooth pastry cream and topped with fresh fruits. Perfect ratio of the flour to butter and the right technique to retain the butter in solid form without melting is the key to making the right shortbread pastry and you will have that covered in the course.

#10 Vanilla Buttercream Layered Cake

Layers of airy and rich vanilla butter cake filled with signature Italian meringue buttercream. You will learn to bake the perfect vanilla butter sponge. Torte them into layers which are the perfect size for each layer of the sponge. Fill the sponges the right way with the creamy and silky-smooth Italian meringue buttercream infused with rich pastry cream. This is the perfect, melt in the mouth vanilla buttercream cake one can ask for.

#11 Choco Caramel Layered Cake

Layers of rich and moist chocolate oil cake filled with caramel sauce, chocolate mousse and frosted with whipped ganache. You will learn how to bake the perfect chocolate oil sponge, make caramel sauce, chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse and make the perfect layered cake with the right amount of filling to each layer.

#12 Blackforest Layered Cake

A classic cake which any baker should know, yet here in this course this cake will be taught making this classic cake extra special. You will learn how to make chocolate genoise, cherry compote, cherry syrup, crème diplomat, chocolate mousse and layer the cake with the perfect balance of flavours combined with cherries, chocolate and the subtle crème diplomat. This is unlike any ordinary blackforest that you have ever seen, because at Fondbites we make everything extra special to be unique so your clients come back asking for more!

Additional recipes included in the course –

In addition students, get a recipe booklet which will have all the written recipes which the students will use in the class. All the ingredients, tools and materials will be provided in the class. Students can take back all the baked products back home. A course completion certificate will be given at the end of the course.

Post-course Support – WhatsApp support will be provided for 1 month after the course. Students can practice what they learned in the course and get help from the mentors if they have further doubts.
